The trek starts with the scenic and exciting flight to Jomsom from Kathmandu via Pokhara and takes you to the renowned Lho- Manthang village.
The region offers spectacular views of various mountains such as Mount Nilgiri, Mount Dhaulagiri including other snowcapped peaks to the trekkers. The trekking route also provides an opportunity for travelers to explore Tibetan culture and tradition prevailed in the region. The trekking area exhibits the tradition, culture, and artwork of the medieval period. You will have an opportunity to explore the Kingdom of Mustangi King during this trek. Additionally, you will explore the unique dry topography of the region.

Today is your first day in Nepal. Our representative will welcome you at the Tribhuwan International airport and transfer you to your respective hotel. We will meet you in the evening today for trek briefing, and you have time for trek preparation today. We will take you for a welcome dinner tonight.
You will fly to the lake city of Pokhara today. You will have a short but scenic flight to Pokhara. You will enjoy the river and emerald hills while on board. We will transfer you to your hotel in Pokhara. After freshen up, you can explore this beautiful tourist city yourself. Overnight at Pokhara.
You will have a pleasant and exciting flight to Jomsom from Pokhara today. You will have the views of mountains in the Annapurna massif and Mount Dhaulagiri. After a brief rest, you will start the trek to Kagbeni. You will enjoy the unique introductory trail of this region. Kagbeni village gives you the picture of a medieval period of the area. It’s worth exploring the village. Overnight at Kagbeni.
Today, you will resume the trek to Chele. You will enjoy the river view and pass through beautiful hamlets. The buckwheat, barley, wheat field, and an apple orchard are the other attractions. You will not miss the view of Mt. Nilgiri on the route. After Chusang, you will cross a river and climb on a red hill accumulated with merged rocks. You will go uphill to reach today’s destination Chele.
Today, we will head to Ekle Bhatti and ascend to Taklam La Pass. You will have the views of Tilicho Peak, Damodar Danda on the route today. You will pass through a famous Rangchung cave before arriving in today’s destination, Syanboche. Overnight at Syanboche.
Today you will ascend to a small Pass called Yamada Pass. On the route, you will pass the local hamlets with Tibetan style houses. You will have a pleasant walk in this unique geography. After a downhill walk on the final part of the day, you will arrive in Ghyami. Ghyami is a beautiful village with cultural importance. The village offers gorgeous views of farm field and mountains. Overnight at Ghyami.
Following breakfast, you will have a steep descent towards a local Ghami River. After that, you will ascent enjoying the different topography of the Mustang region. The path leads you to a Pass called Charang Pass. After a while you cross the pass, you will arrive in today’s destination, Charang. Overnight at Charang.
Initially, the path leads you to the valley. After crossing a bridge, you will head to Lo La Pass. You will have a view of Lo-Manthang from the Pass. The route offers beautiful mountain views today. From the Pass, you will descend to reach Lo-Mangthang. You will explore the renowned wall city of Lo. Overnight at Lho-Mangthang.
You will explore this village having cultural and historical importance. Local monasteries and the viewpoint nearby the village are worth visiting. You will also observe the way of lives of local people today. Overnight at Lo-Mangthang.
You will drive to Jomsom from Lo-Manthang. You will enjoy the unique geography of Jomsom while driving back to Jomsom. Overnight at Jomsom.
You will fly to Pokhara and take a subsequent flight to Kathmandu today. You will have a bird’s eye view of the hills, rivers, and settlements while flying back to Kathmandu. We will transfer you to your hotel from the airport. We will go together for a farewell dinner tonight.
Today is your final departure from Nepal. Our representative will drop you at the Tribhuwan International Airport as per your schedule. You will fly back to your country with a different memory of Upper Mustang.
