The Cho-La pass is one of the iconic passes in the Everest region located at an altitude of 5,420m above sea level. This pass connects the Gokyo to the Everest Base Camp and vise-versa.
Reaching the Everest Base Camp and crossing the Cho-La pass is a remarkable achievement. Hence, during the trek, we will stop at Namche and Gokyo for acclimatization. It is very important to adjust our bodies to a higher altitude to prevent getting altitude sickness.
